All orders shipped from Faridabad, Haryana or Various 3rd party warehouses by reputed courier agencies. Please note that we do not control courier agency delivery schedules. Any change in delivery time and place requested by the customer will be obliged strictly on discretion of the courier agency.
Order deliveries will be made between 10am – 7pm from Monday – Saturday. We request you to kindly make alternative arrangements for COD payments in case you are not available to receive the courier.
Most domestic orders are delivered in 2-7 business days subject to location and courier partner availability.
Pure Naturals does not accept returns of opened or used products.
We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us. We strongly encourage our customers to purchase smaller sizes of our products before investing in a full sized product, to ensure you are not sensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.
Cancellation & Refund
Customer can cancel order before the product has been shipped, which is mostly within one (1) working day. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us around 7 business days to system cancel the order and initiate a refund.
You may opt for credits for next purchases or for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction. This may take up to 10-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. We will notify you of same, but do get in touch with the banks directly for credits post confirmation of cancellation/ refund.
